Requires employers to make certain medicines available at workplace, and to provide a staff nurse if employees number over 100. Employer must bear transportation expenses to and from hospital if employee injured in workplace. Revokes prior rules of 1957.

This part also covers notice requirements, medical examinations and dispute resolution procedures, as well as insurance requirements, provisions in case of a bankrupt employer, and specific provisions for seafarers and workers employed by contractors.
