    Amends para.2 by deleting paragraphs (a) and (b) and inserting new paragraphs relating to the establishment of the Industrial Court. Two judges are to be appointed by the President of Kenya and eight others members are to be appointed by the Minister for labour following consultations with employers' and workers' organisations.

Part IX pertains to picketing, intimidation and other matters relating to disputes. Part XI deals with offences and penalties. Consolidates text from 1952 to 1970.
