    Rephrases the title of the Ordinance, which now reads: "On Establishment of Methodical Recommendations for Implementation of Universal Rules of Calculation of Average Wage of Workers established by the Ordinance of the Republic of Kazakhstan No.1394 of 29 December 2007"; also rephrases the preamble, amends para 3.1 (event) repealing subparagraphs 1), 11), 12), rephrasing subparagraphs 4), 5),10), 13), 17), 19), supplementing para 3.1 with new subparagraph 17-1); also introducing new wording to para 5 on billing period, para 6 on holidays.
