    In accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 86 of the Matrimonial and Family Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Government establishes the rules of granting, return and size of lump-sum payment in case of adoption of an orphan child and (or) of a child without parental care; also establishes that the size of the lump-sum payment is equal to 75 monthly calculated indicators.

Repeals the previous Ordinance No. 45 of 15 November 2005 of the Ministry of Labour and social protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

    Government Decree No. 630 of 14 May 2001 to approve the Programme of health protection of mothers and children in the Republic of Kazakhstan for the years 2001-2005 (text No. 224).

    The Programme aims at reducing illnesses and death of mothers and children by the improvement of medical assistance and better access to medical care, development of medical services for mothers and children.     Provides for the categories of beneficiaries: children-orphans and children left without the tutorship of their parents staying in specialized institutions, children with limited possibilities of development, disabled children staying in boarding organizations. Full State assistance includes living expenses, food, clothing, medical assistance, school books and equipment. The State shall also grant partial assistance to several other categories of citizens: children from large families, children from families receiving social assistance, and children under wardship or trusteeship.
