Chapter II sets the subjects who implement probation and their competencies, also the participation of citizens and public associations in probation application. Chapter III defines the types of probation and particularities of its application. Chapter IV sets the final provisions.

    Unofficial English translation. Prohibits the incitement of social, national, tribal, racial or religious enmity (section 164). Contains specific provisions on crimes commited against families and juveniles and, in particular, a section on trading in juveniles (article 133). Makes provision for sanctions in case of violation of occupational safety rules (including in mining and construction work) (sections 152, 245 and 246).
