    Regulation No.57 of 1993 to amend the regulations on health insurance and social security for dentists

    Membership of the health insurance and social security fund of the Union of Dentists is compulsory except for members who contribute to another such fund and who are expressly granted an exemption by the Union. Failure to pay the required contributions to the fund for more than six months entails forfeiture of acquired rights.

    Création d'une caisse de retraite au sein du syndicat des journalistes, bénéficiant d'un budget autonome. L'affiliation à la Caisse est obligatoire pour tous les journalistes inscrits au régime des journalistes à l'exception de ceux qui, lors de leur inscription, ont cinquante ans ou plus et ne peuvent, de ce fait, adhérer à la Caisse.

    Modifie le règlement No. 59 de 1978, en ce qui concerne notamment l'allocation à verser aux ayants-droit du médecin décédé, les soins médicaux et les prestations en cas d'incapacité.
