Instructions of 2011 amending Original Instructions of 2010, regarding the Examination Board and Examination Center concerning Maritime Education, Training Standards and Certification for Seafarers. -

Section (6) is added to the Original Instructions of 2010. This section determines the qualifications and experience of the marine examiners who examine and evaluate qualified marine captains, officers and engineers.
