Regulations for the investment of Social Security Funds, Law No. 69 of 2001.

Issued in implementation of Article 76 of the Social Security Law No. 19 of 2001.The Regulations provide for the creation, within the Social Security Institution, of a Special Investment Unit charged with investing social security funds. The Unit may cooperate with national and international financial consultancy firms.
