    Pensions (Compensation for Delay in Payment) (Amendment) Law, 5750-1990 (No. 36).

    Adoption: 1990-03-13 | ISR-1990-L-79949

    Amends section 2 of the Law 5744-1984 [SH 66; 38 LSI 88] concerning payment periods and replaces section 3 with new section concerning calculation of pensions in special cases. A new section 3A is inserted concerning delays which are not done in good faith.

    Provides that when a collective agreement prescribes a retirement age for a female worker lower than that prescribed for a male worker, the woman shall have the right to retire at any age between those two ages. Contains a provision saving rights vested in any female worker by law, collective agreement or otherwise.
