    Provides protection from dismissal for employees who file a complaint against their employer regarding a violation of the law, unethical conduct, or improper administration. Regional labour courts shall have jursidiction over cases related to the Act and may award compensation to dismissed employees, or, in the case of a public body or enterprise with more than 25 employees, issue an injunction against dismissal.

    Provides that a person who has been continuously employed for one year or, in the case of a seasonal employee, has been employed for two seasons in two consecutive years, by the same employer or at the same place of employment and has been dismissed is entitled to receive severance pay from the employer who has dismissed him. Detailed provisions on continuity of employment, death of employer or employee, resignation of parent (female worker), resignation by reason of transfer of residence, non-renewal of contract of employment, rate of severance pay and related matters.
