    Provides that every Israel national or resident has the right to engage in any occupation, profession or trade. Repeals the Basic Law on Freedom of Occupation of 1992.

    Provides that every Israeli, national or resident, has the right to engage in any occupation, profession or trade; there shall be no limitation on this right except by law enacted for a proper purpose and on the grounds of the general welfare. Repealed.
