    According to this law the Social Security Organisation has to insure that all employees involved in construction works are subject to the Law on Social Security for Construction Workers. Individuals or legal persons who impede the implementation of the mentioned Law may be subject to penalties.

    This Law requires from the Government to establish various mechanisms for supporting construction via providing land to builders at discount price, leasing or hire-purchase contracts, loans with low rate interests provided by banks.

    Regulation promulgated by the High Council for Occupational Safety and approved by the Minister of Labour and Social Affairs providing technical and security measures to prevent accidents and ensure the use of protective equipment by workers in the construction industry.
