An Act to repeal the Essential Services (Maintenance) Ordinance, 1941.
BE it enacted by Parliament in the Fifty-second Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
1. Short title. -This Act may be called the Essential Services (Maintenance) Ordinance Repeal Act, 2001.
2. Repeal of Ord. XI of 1941.-The Essential Services (Maintenance) Ordinance, 1941 is hereby repealed.
