Repeals Decision No. 58 of 1969 concerning the National Wage Research Council.

Sets forth the procedure for determining and implementing regional minimum wages. Chapter V allows enterprises to be exempt from paying minimum wages on the basis of a written agreement between workers and an employer. Pending review of an application for exemption from paying minimum wage, employers may continue to pay regional minimum wage on the basis of previous calculations.
