This Act governs the prevention of conflicts between private and public interests in the exercise of the public office (i.e. a situation in which an official has a private interest contrary to the public interest or his or her private interest affects or may affect his or her impartiality in the
exercise of their public offices). In exercising public offices, officials shall not place their private interests above the public ones.

Labour obligation means the execution of tasks for legal persons and in bodies of State administration and for the needs of armed forces of National Defense.
