Collective agreement for Croatian seafarers on ships in international navigation (2023 - 2024) -

Applies to seafarers who are citizens of the Republic of Croatia and other member states of the European Union, who sail on ships in international navigation registered in the Croatian or another register of ships, and which are listed in the List of Ships in the Special Appendix (1) of this text. Contains provisions relating in particular to working hours, contract, overtime work, holidays, rest period, occupational safety and health and salary.

Regulates the maritime and submarine areas of the Republic of Croatia, the safety of navigation on internal waters and the territorial sea of the Republic of Croatia, ship crews, contractual and other obligatory relations concerning ships, procedures concerning the identification and registration of ships, limitations of ship operator's liability, enforcement proceedings and security measures on ships.
