Law of 7 June 2023 on the Peaceful Settlement of Disputes. -

Regulates the peaceful resolution of disputes in civil, commercial, labor, family and administrative. With the entry into force of this Act, the Conciliation Act ceases to be valid (Official Gazette, No. 18/11).
