Constitution Reform Commission Act 2022 (Act No. 16 of 2022). -

The Act establishes the Constitution Reform Commission, sets out its terms of reference and membership. The Commission has been set up to review the current Constitution including the future rights, duties, obligations and liabilities of the Guyanese people. The Act expires once the Commission has completed its work and handed in its report.

Establishes the National Suicide Prevention Commission, set out its role and functions including the drafting of suicide prevention policy and centres to provide services including counselling. Includes provisions on referrals by parents, teachers and employers as well as obligation for medical facilities, emergency services, police and mental health workers to report suicides.
