    The Atomic Energy Commission Act, 1963 (Act 204), as amended by the Atomic Energy Commission Act, 1963 (Amendment) Decree, 1966 (N.LC.D. 114), the Atomic Energy Commission (Amendment) Decree, 1974 (N.R.C.D. 296) and the Atomic Energy Commission (Amendment) Law, 1993 (P.N.D.C.L 308), is repealed.

    Subsidiary legislation made under that Act and in force on the coming into force of this Act shall continue in force until regulations are made under section 13.

    Reforms and consolidates the law relating to children by providing for the rights of the child, maintenance and adoption, and by regulating child labour, apprenticeship and related matters.
