Contains several amendments including repealed and additional provisions covering, inter alia, ss. 3 (exceptions from scope of aplication), 10 (exceptions from the limitations regarding overtime work), 12 (rest period per twenty four hours), 12a (weekly rest), 12b (special rest rule for young workers, i.e., nine hours uninterrupted rest per twenty four hours), 12c (paid leave period for captain), 19 (listing of work shift), 19a (book-keeping of hours of work), 22 (binding nature of the provisions except for more favourable labour contracts or collective agreements as specified) and 27 (penal sanctions).
