    Adopts the Maritime Safety Committee (MSC) Resolutions MSC 216 (82), MSC 217 (82), MSC 218 (82), MSC 219 (82), MSC 220 (82), MSC 221 (82), MSC 222 (82) and MSC 227 (82) (8 December 2006) adopting amendments to the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea (SOLAS, 1974).

    Amendments were approved by the President on 12 June 2008 and shall come into force on 1 July 2008.
