Amends section 19 ss.2, section 20, section 23 ss.3, section 26 ss.3, section 32 ss.1 p.2 and ss.2, section 33 ss.1 p.2 and ss.2, section 54, section 79 p.2, section 82, section 83 and section 86 concerning safety and health training for seafarers, application for eligibility letter, duration of eligibility letter and renewal of certificates.
