- Law of 26 November 2004 concerning certain technical equipment with the applicable requirements (1016/2004;
- Paragraph 40 of the Act of 30 January 2004 on consumer products and services (75/2004).

- Government Decision (862/1997) on bolt driving guns and their inspections (Sections 5-7 and 8); and
