Section 9 (2) as amended by Act 78/2001, section 11 as partially amended by Act 135/2004, section 15 (3) as amended by Act 938/2004, section 26 (1) as amended by Act 1093/2006, section 28 as partially amended by Act 938/2004 and Act 364/2006, section 28a as amended by Act 364/2006.

Introduces a new section 9b and a new section 11a and to section 17 (as amended by Act 938/2004) a new (2) and a new (3).
