Amends section 1 (1) (as amended by Act 979/2007), section 2 (1) (as amended by Act 679/2008) and section 4 respecting, inter alia, fields of activity, tasks of the Ombudsman for Minorities and legal aid.

Introduces to the Act a new section 2a and the section 7 (as amended by Act 22/2004) a new (3) respecting, inter alia, reporting on results and right to obtain information.
