    Establishes the Federal Urban Job Creation and Food Security Agency. The Agency's role is to, inter alia, improve the livelihood of citizens who are unable or unemployed through urban job creation and food security; supporting and coordinating institutions assisting micro enterprises and small enterprises; promoting and developing micro enterprises and small in urban agriculture, construction, trade and services sectors; and to ensure that citizens have enough food.

    Repeals the Federal Micro and Small Enterprises Development Agency Establishment Council of Ministers Regulation No.201/2011.

    Ethiopian Social Rehabilitation and Development Fund Establishment Proclamation (No. 19 of 1996).

    Establishes the Ethiopian Social Rehabilitation Fund with the purpose of providing assistance in the establishment of social services, organizing community-training programmes and employment creation projects, and encouraging women to participate in project activities.
