    Last amended 25 January 1995. Chapter I: General provisions. Defines disciplinary offences and disciplinary punishments. Chapter II: Imposition, expiry and cancellation of disciplinary punishments. Inter alia deals with time limit for imposing punishment, demand for explanation and choice and formalisation of punishment. Chapter III: Fines, suspension of work without pay and termination of employment contract. Chapter IV: Implementing provisions. Repeals Sections 131-146 of the Labour Code.
