Ministry of Insurance and Social Affairs Order No. 78 of 1994, to extend to ten years the period of reappraisal of the degree of disability in respect of pneumoconiosis.

Diseases covered include silicosis, asbestosis, bisinosis, etc. The periodicity of reappraisal examinations is once every six months for the first year, once a year for the following three years, and once every two years for the following six years.
