    Decree No. 109/2001 of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs regarding the adoption of an Agreement between Slovakia and Czech Republic on mutual employment of their citizens.

    The convention regulates the obligation of registration that arises for the employers of each party in the case where an employee of one party works in the territory of the other. This agreement is an inseparable part of the agreement of 1992-10-29 (317/1994) on mutual employment of citizens.

    Rights and duties originating from the termination of the labour contract must be settled before 31 December 1992. Parties to the contract establish an arbitration commission.

    Contient des dispositions relatives à l'âge minimum des conducteurs selon les véhicules, au temps de conduite, aux interruptions et au temps de repos. A été ratifié par l'arrêté fédéral du 8 octobre 1999. Contient en annexe les réserves formulées par certains Etats.

    Agreement between the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic on mutual employment of citizens.

    Provides that employees do not need a work permit and have a right of residence in the other Republic, and also concers wages and social security benefits.
