    Regulation of the Ministry of Transport on Seafarer's and Navigator's booklet (No. 65).

    Establishes that each crew member of a Czechoslovak vessel destined to navigate on internal rivers shall have a navigator's booklet if the ship navigates abroad. Also provides that each crew member of a Czechoslovak vessel shall have a seafarer's booklet. These documents are delivered by the Ministry of Transport.
