Decree No. 450/2000 of the Ministry of Transport and Communications on captain's oath, exams, professional qualifications and health requirements for the crew of a vessel, on certificates of competence, on workbooks for seafarers, and on the medical care for the members of crew.

Regulation of the Ministry of Transport on Seafarer's and Navigator's booklet (No. 65).

Establishes that each crew member of a Czechoslovak vessel destined to navigate on internal rivers shall have a navigator's booklet if the ship navigates abroad. Also provides that each crew member of a Czechoslovak vessel shall have a seafarer's booklet. These documents are delivered by the Ministry of Transport.
