Provides for issue of travel documents to citizens of the Czech Republic, their use, and maintenance of register of travel documents. Section I regulates use and types of travel documents, data recorded in travel document, change of data, as well as territorial and temporal validity. Section II deals with conditions for issue of travel documents, place for submitting application, requirements for application, provision of evidence for application, collection of travel document, as well as refusal to issue and withdrawal of travel document. Section III provides for register of travel documents and information system. Subsequent sections deal with citizens' obligation and competences of bodies adjudicating transgressions thereof, as well as with several related matters.
