Amends following Sections of the Act No. 155/1995: 4(2), 8(3), 15, 16(4), 17(2,4), 18(1); repeals 18(5); amends 31(1), 32(2,3), 33(1), 34(4), 36(1), 41(1), 42(3), 50(4,5), 51(1), 53(1), 54(3), 56; repeals Section 57; amends 58, 59(2), 61a(1); adds 61a(4); amends 67, 71(2), 107, 108 and the Annex specifying the age of retirement for men and women depending on their year of birth and for women also the number of children.

Aso amends the following:
- Act No. 582/1991 on the organization and implementation of social security;
- Act No. 357/2005 Coll. on awards to participants in the national struggle for liberation and the creation of Czechoslovakia and some survivors;
- Act No. 198/1993 Coll. Lawlessness of the Communist Regime and Resistance to it.

Government Regulation No. 417/2010 on the compensation of income loss after the end of work incapacity due to a work accident or to an occupational disease, on the compensation of income loss after the end of work incapacity or during invalidity and on the amendment of the rules on survivors' benefits. Part I: Regulates the compensation for income loss due to a work accident or an occupational disease and compensation of expenditures related to the care of survivors according to the labour law norms
Part II: Regulates the compensation for loss of income due to invalidity and regulation of compensation of expenditures related to the care of survivors according to the civil law norms.
Part III: Common provisions

The compensation in both Part I and II are increased by 3.9% for rents attributed before the 1st of January 2011 and applicable with the first payment coming after the 31st of December 2010.

Government Regulation No. 281/2010 on increase of pensions for year 2011 (Nařízení vlády o zvýsení důchodů v roce 2011) -

The basis for the computation of pensions attributed before 1st of January 2011 is increased by 60 Czech Crowns. The percentage of increase is 3.9%. This increase is effective at the with the first payment after 31st of December 2010.
The basis for the computation of pensions attributed after 31st of December 2010 (according to Sections 33(1), 41(1), 51(1) and 53(1) of the Act No. 155/1995 on pension insurance) is 2230 Czech Crowns per month.

Government Regulation 282/2010 on increase of supplements to pensions for year 2011 (Nařízení vlády o zvýsení příplatků k důchodu v roce 2011) -

This ordinance increases the supplements to the pension that are aiming to compensate some injustices suffered during the communist regime and merits in the liberation movement during the World War II (see Act No. 198/1993 and Act No. 357/2005).
The supplements are increased by 3.9% for all supplements attributed before the 1st of January 2011 and this increase will be effective with the first payment coming after the 31st of December 2010.

Increases by 4.4 % the average salary that serves for the computing of benefits if the right to the benefits appeared before or at 31 December 2008.

Modifies sections 37-42, 49-54 and Sections 56, 58, 59, 61a and 64 concerning invalidity benefits. Complements annex to the Act No. 155/1995 determining retirement age as function of year of birth.

For the purpose of the Act, supplementary pension insurance means the collection of financial contributions from beneficiaries of supplementary pension insurance, contributions from the state on behalf of the beneficiaries, management of these financial contributions, and payment of benefits under supplementary pension insurance. Participation in a supplementary pension insurance is voluntary.
