    Aso amends the following:
    - Act No. 582/1991 on the organization and implementation of social security;
    - Act No. 357/2005 Coll. on awards to participants in the national struggle for liberation and the creation of Czechoslovakia and some survivors;
    - Act No. 198/1993 Coll. Lawlessness of the Communist Regime and Resistance to it.

    Part I: Regulates the compensation for income loss due to a work accident or an occupational disease and compensation of expenditures related to the care of survivors according to the labour law norms
    Part II: Regulates the compensation for loss of income due to invalidity and regulation of compensation of expenditures related to the care of survivors according to the civil law norms.
    Part III: Common provisions

    The compensation in both Part I and II are increased by 3.9% for rents attributed before the 1st of January 2011 and applicable with the first payment coming after the 31st of December 2010.

    The basis for the computation of pensions attributed before 1st of January 2011 is increased by 60 Czech Crowns. The percentage of increase is 3.9%. This increase is effective at the with the first payment after 31st of December 2010.
    The basis for the computation of pensions attributed after 31st of December 2010 (according to Sections 33(1), 41(1), 51(1) and 53(1) of the Act No. 155/1995 on pension insurance) is 2230 Czech Crowns per month.

    This ordinance increases the supplements to the pension that are aiming to compensate some injustices suffered during the communist regime and merits in the liberation movement during the World War II (see Act No. 198/1993 and Act No. 357/2005).
    The supplements are increased by 3.9% for all supplements attributed before the 1st of January 2011 and this increase will be effective with the first payment coming after the 31st of December 2010.

    For the purpose of the Act, supplementary pension insurance means the collection of financial contributions from beneficiaries of supplementary pension insurance, contributions from the state on behalf of the beneficiaries, management of these financial contributions, and payment of benefits under supplementary pension insurance. Participation in a supplementary pension insurance is voluntary.
