Decree of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs No. 229/1998 respecting the Holidays with Pay Convention (Revised), 1970 (No. 132).

Paid annual leave in the Czech Republic shall be three weeks. The provisions of ILO Convention No. 132 shall be applicable to employees in all branches of the national economy and agriculture.
