    Section 2 determines the minimum salary for 40 hours work week to 48.10 CZK per hour or 8'000 CZK per month. Section 3 specifies the minimum guaranteed wages for different work categories. Sections 6 and 7 provides conditions for the determination of hazardous work environments and specifies the minimum supplement for work in hazardous work environments. Annex 1 specifies in detail the work categories for section 3.
