    Regulates the obligation for employers to employ a compulsory number of disabled workers. It also defines who is considered as a person with a disability and the modalities of calculating the number of disabled workers to hire.

    Order No. 228/2000 on the obligatory number of persons with diminished working capacity to be employed by an employer.

    Sets the obligatory rate of employment of persons with diminished working capacity at 5 percent in enterprises employing more than 20 employees. Seriously disabled persons shall count as three workers with diminished capacities.
