Provides for establishment of specialized state labour inspection bodies for the purpose of controlling compliance of organizations and employees with legal provisions concerning labour safety and safety of machinery and equipment in productive and non-productive activities. Regulates rights, functions and competences of state labour inspection bodies and institutions.
