d) membership and activities of trade unions, works councils or employers' organizations, including the benefits that these organizations to their members;
e) membership and activities in professional associations, including benefits that these public corporations provide to their members;

g) returns and the provision of social benefits;
h) access to health care and its delivery;
i) access to education and the provision thereof;
j) access to goods and services, including housing, if they are offered to the public or to deliver them.

Acts No. 273/2001 on rights of members of national minorities and amendment of some Acts. - Adoption: 2001-07-10 | CZE-2001-L-64409 Regulates rights of members of national minorities as well as responsibilities of ministries and other authorities and administrative bodies of regional self-government in relation to them. National minority is defined as "a community of citizens of the Czech Republic who live on the territory of the present Czech Republic and as a rule differ from other citizens by their common ethnic origin, language, culture and traditions. They represent a minority of citizens and at the same time they show their will to be considered a national minority for the purpose of common efforts to preserve and develop their own identity, language and culture and at the same time express and preserve interests of their community which has been formed in the course of history". Rights of national minorities include: free choice of membership of national minority, right of association of members of national minority, right of participation in dealing with matters concerning national minority, right of using name and surname in the languare of national minority, right of multilingual names and denominations, right of using language of national minority in official documentation and hearing before court, right of using language of national minority during elections, right of education in language of national minority, right of development of culture of members of national minorities, and right of spreading and receiving information in language of national minority.

Determines persons entitled to benefits, compensatory contribution, conditions for recognising claims to benefits, period of provision of benefits, manner of calculation, and provision of financial assistance to employed man. Part IV provides for modifications concerning specific groups of persons entitled to benefitss. These include citizens who are registered as seekers of employment. Part V contains joint, transitory and final provisions.
