Decree No. 288/2003 defining activities and working places that are prohibited to pregnant women, to breast-feeding women, to mothers until the ninth month after delivery, to minors and conditions under which minors can exceptionally execute such work as a part of their training.

Makes the Czech law in conformity with the law of European Communities: Directive 92/85/EEC of 19 October 1992 and Directive 94/33/EU of 22 June 1994.
