Government Regulation No. 171/2008 modifying the Government Regulation No. 365/1999 on the amount and conditions of remuneration of condemned persons given employment during the serving of prison sentence. Specifies a supplement of 10% for night work. The minimum hourly salary shall not be lover then 6.50 CZK.
The levels of supplements for work in arduous environment shall amount to the supplements practised by the same enterprise for all other employees. In the case where the employer is the not a private enterprise, these supplements should follow the the scales of civil servants.

Chapter IV (Sections 23 and 24) regulates the employment of inmates. It also modifies Sections 25(2)(d) and 29(c) and 33(1)(h) of the consolidated Act 435/2004 on employment.
