Act No. 365/2011 amending the consolidated Act No. 262/2006, the Labour Code. (Zákon, kterým se mení zákon c. 262/2006 Sb., zákoník práce, ve znení pozdejších predpisu, a další související zákony) - Adoption: 2011-11-30 | Date of entry into force: 2012-01-01 | CZE-2011-L-90569 The amendments ensure equality of treatment between employees that benefit from a regular work contract and employees on short term employment contracts who are employed for a performance of a specific task and whose work contract ends with the task.
Amends almost all sections of the Labour Code (Act No. 262/2006) to take into consideration the above principle. In addition to amendments to existing sections, the text adds the following sections: 1a, 4a, 4b, 43a, 51a, 73a, 134a, 301a, 307a, 339a, 345a, 346a, 346b, 346c, and 350a and repeals sections 82, 84a and 332.
Act No. 435/2004 on Employment is amended by adding a specific provision for job seekers who lost their employment during the last 6 months in a particularly drastic way due to a serious professional fault.
Act No. 187/2006 is amended by adding a new section 7a on health insurance of employees employed for a performance of a specific task.
Act No. 309/2006 is amended by adding a new section 10a on proof of certification of professional competence valid for 5 years.
The Act repeals section 16 of Decree No. 125/1993 Coll., laying down the conditions and rates of employer liability insurance for accidents at work or occupational diseases, as amended by Decree No. 43/1995 Coll. and Decree No. 487/2001 Coll.

Act No. 46/2004 amending Act No. 65/1965 (Labour Code) and Act No. 312/2002 on public servants in territorial divisions. Defines direct and indirect discrimination and sexual harassment.
Aligns with the EU law provisions concerning fixed-term employment, in order to prevent an indefinite series of fixed-term contracts (section 30).
Provides for modalities of remuneration of employees who refrain from lucrative activity for a year in accordance with the competition clause (section 29a).
