Law No. 45(I) of 2004, which amends the Law No. 56(I) of 2002 on commercial shipping (safety standards for fishing boats of 24m or more long).

Adapts the national legislation to:
a) Directive 2002/35/EC of the Commission of April 25, 2002.
b) Directive 2002/84/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of November 5, 2002.
c) Directive 97/70/EC of the Council of December 11, 1997.

It amends the Articles 2, 4, 14 and 15 and the Appendix A.
