    Promulgated by the Ministry of Labour. Sets forth the procedure for determining wages in Sino-foreign equity joint ventures, Sino-foreign co-operative joint ventures, or foreign enterprises. Wage setting shall reflect the principle of equal pay for equal work. Wages shall not be lower than the wage of workers in the same industry in the same locality.
