Provides for the employment of disabled workers, including the principal of equal opportunity and fair treatment, definition of disabled persons, reasonable accommodation for people with disabilities, recruitment and selection, medical and psychometric testing, training and career advancement, retaining people with disabilities, termination of employment, confidentiality and disclosure of disability, employee disclosure, employee benefits, and promotion of employment.
