    Amends Trade Unions and Employers' Organisations Act. Amendments concern sections 2, 3, 10, 12, 14, 21, 27, 28, 32, 39, 45, 48, 49, 50, 52, 53, 54, 63 and 68. Also repeals sections 22, 51, 60 and 62. Section 2 is amended to the effect that term "employee" does not include members of Botswana Defence Force, Botswana Police Service, Local Police, and Prison Service. Also provides for recognition of trade union at workplace, recognition at level of industry, organisational rights of recognised trade union, disclosure of information to recognised trade union and some related matters.
