    Contains provisions relating to the organisation and activities of the Federal Employment Agency and Employment Service. Its tasks are, inter alia, to prevent unemployment, propose measures for the employment of disabled persons and their vocational rehabilitation, provide assistance for the realisation of programmes for vocational orientation, training and upgrading of the unemployed. Also deals with unemployment insurance and social security of the unemployed. Unofficial English translation available.
