    Decree No. 4/2009 regarding the reestablishment of the Licensing Committee for Nursing and Midwifery.

    The licensing Committee for nursing and midwifery professions is re-established and the members are set in a chart in this Decree. The Decree also sets the specific duties of this Committee, including, inter alia, going through the different medical license applications and deciding what applications to approve according to the different guidelines provided.
