Moreover, workers who works in arduous and difficult conditions are entitled to a one hour rest period calculated as part of the effective working hours.

Order No. 3 for 2013 regulating working hours outdoors. - Adoption: 2013-03-07 | Date of entry into force: 2013-03-08 | BHR-2013-R-95101 Employers are prohibited from employing workers outdoors between the hours of 12:00 pm. and 16:00 pm. between 1 July and 31 August of each year.
The employer is committed to develop a schedule for determining the daily working hours in accordance with the provisions of this Order, and to put a copy of it in a visible place at the facility and work location.
The workers in the oil and gas installations, as well as those who work in emergency maintenance are excluded from this Order, and the employer has to take the necessary precautions to protect them from sun rays.
Order No. 24 of 2007 regulating working hours outdoors is repealed.
