Ministerial Order No. 16 of 2013 granting a monthly salary increment for employees who assume the duties of education, rehabilitation or caring for disabled persons. - Adoption: 2013-04-04 | Date of entry into force: 2013-04-05 | BHR-2013-R-95114 Employees who assume the duties of education, rehabilitation or caring for disabled persons in government schools affiliated to the Ministry of Education and Rehabilitation Centers that belongs to the Ministry of Social Development are entitled to a monthly salary increment as follows:
100 BD to employees in the category of educational employment.
50 BD to employees in the category of public employees.
The Civil Service Bureau shall determine the positions whose occupants deserve defrayal of the aforesaid increment.

If sections 5 and 6 of this Law are not applicable, any employee may add any period of service during which he/she has worked for the Government, as well as at private sector, to the new period of service at the time he/she begin to work as a civil servant. An employee non Bahraini may also add such period of service if he/she acquires the nationality of Bahrain subject to pay its contributions as provided for in section 11 of this Law.
