Ministerial Order No. 26 of 2013 determining the maximum effective working hours, the additional working hours and the additional wages of workers in equipment and complementary occupations, security guards and cleaning workers. - Adoption: 2013-06-13 | Date of entry into force: 2013-06-14 | BHR-2013-R-95432 The maximum effective working hours shall be 48 working hours a week for Workers in Equipment and Complementary Jobs, Security guards and Cleaning Workers.
The employer may employ the worker for additional hours, the maximum additional working hours shall not exceed 12 hours a week.
The employee shall receive for each additional working hour a wage equivalent to his due wage plus at least 25 % for hours worked during the day, and at least 50% for hours worked during the night.

100 BD to employees in the category of educational employment.
50 BD to employees in the category of public employees.
The Civil Service Bureau shall determine the positions whose occupants deserve defrayal of the aforesaid increment.

- Adoption: 2013-04-04 | Date of entry into force: 2013-04-05 | BHR-2013-R-95303 Every citizen capable of work and wishing to work shall submit a request to register his name at the Ministry, or any of its affiliated centers, indicating his age, the time of filing his request, his qualifications, occupation and previous experiences if any. The Ministry shall register such applications upon their submission in a special register bearing serial numbers. An applicant shall be given a certificate confirming such registration free of charge.

If sections 5 and 6 of this Law are not applicable, any employee may add any period of service during which he/she has worked for the Government, as well as at private sector, to the new period of service at the time he/she begin to work as a civil servant. An employee non Bahraini may also add such period of service if he/she acquires the nationality of Bahrain subject to pay its contributions as provided for in section 11 of this Law.

Part One concerns the communication, acceptance and revocation of proposals. Establishes that the terms of contracts must come to the knowledge of the person to whom a contract is proposed and that acceptance must be clearly communicated to the proposer, be absolute and unqualified. Part Two governs contracts, voidable contracts and void agreements. Establishes that a contract is legitimate if is free of the use of coercion, undue influence, fraud, misrepresentation, or mistakes.
