Disabled persons are entitled to BD 100 monthly social allowance (as from January 1st 2011), according to the conditions and requirements established by a ministerial Order after the approval of the High Committee.
This allowance will not affect any other rights or benefits granted to disabled persons.

Order No. 13 1994 of the Minister of Labour and Social Affairs to make regulations for the sponsoring of Bahraini nationals for employment Adoption: 1994-03-19 | Date of entry into force: 1994-05-04 | BHR-1994-R-40022 Provides for the registration of Bahraini job-seekers with the Ministry's Labour Administration, which then undertakes to submit their candidatures to prospective employers. The latter must, within two weeks of the submission, inform the Ministry as to whether the candidature is accepted or rejected. A job-seeker may reject up to three job offers obtained in this way, after which he forfeits the right to further assistance in finding employment.
